SeMSy® Compact & Panomera® – Backup footage in multiple ways

The patented Panomera® technology combines several lenses and sensors with different focal lengths in one optical unit.

Panomera® cameras with multifocal sensor technology also capture rear and middle image areas with the same high resolution as scenes in the foreground.

The data generated is packaged in video streams and stored on the recording server. The SeMSy® video management system is then used when it comes to researching or exporting video sequences. Here we offer various types of video export for Panomera® cameras:

Complete export of all modules / sensors:

Pro:

  • Search of the recorded area across all modules

Con:

  • Dallmeier SeMSy® Management is required to be able to display the Panomera® effect
  • High storage space requirement depending on the length of the backup

 

 

Export only visible modules / sensors (zoom by mouse wheel to the desired detail modules)

Export only selected modules / sensors (Ctrl+click on the desired detail modules) - see Fig.1

Pro:

  •  Panomera® effect is retained – detail resolution is only offered in the previously selected image section
  •  File size for export and transfer is small
  •  A complete overview of the scene is included

Con:

  • Lower resolution in the outer areas
  • All backups can be exported either as a Panomera® backup (for viewing in SeMSy® Management) or as individual streams (max. 8 video files)
